The Bug

Why Pico Pins Showed as a4/a5
- Separate board detection issue (not addressed in this fix, but not critical for grading)
- Functional connections still work correctly
- Grading result not affected
Fix Applied
Change: Removed Delta Skip, Always Capture Custom Metrics

Behavioral Score

Grading engine skipped components that didn't have state changes (like LCDs), so telemetry was missing for display, sensor, and motor components.
